Sewing Jungle Camp Information & Policies

Sewing Basics & Safety Class:

If your child has not sewn with Ms. Lyndee before, each camper will need to attend a Sewing Intro class to go over sewing basics and safety rules. This class takes place 30 minutes before camp on the first day of camp, so your camper will need to arrive 30 minutes early the first day of the camp. There is a cost of $15 for this class.

Projects:

All supplies are included for each camp. Fabric may vary. Projects occasionally may be changed based upon sewing ability or product shortages.

Student Expectations:

Each camper is expected to behave respectfully. They must be able to follow instructions and directions. If students chooses not to follow instructions, completion of their projects may not happen, and no refunds will be given for incomplete projects.

Attendance:

There is a set fee for each sewing camp regardless of how many days your child attends. I do not prorate cost for days missed. If your child is unable to attend one of the days, the instructor/s may opt to complete the sewing that is done on that day if time permits. If the instructor/s is unable to complete the sewing that is done on the missed day, the unfinished projects will be sent home. For an additional fee, and based on space availability, your child can enroll in classes or private lessons to complete the unfinished project/s. 

 

Camp Cancellations:

Although I don't forsee any illnesses or weather events, should camp days require cancellation due to instructor illness or weather events , make up days will be offered.

 

Refunds:

There are no refunds. 

 

What to bring:

Each camper will need to bring a small snack and a water bottle to camp each day.
